Ephemeral Nature of Messages
Important: KubiChat is an ephemeral chat service. All messages exist only in server memory and are permanently and irreversibly deleted when the room closes. We cannot recover any messages or data once deleted.
No Message Storage
- Messages are NOT saved to any database
- Messages are NOT backed up
- Messages are NOT recoverable after room closure
- Room data is deleted when the timer expires or owner closes the room
No Guarantee of Privacy
While we do not store messages, we cannot guarantee complete privacy:
- Other participants in the room can see and copy your messages
- Other participants may take screenshots
- Network intermediaries may potentially intercept data
- Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential data
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- The content they share in chat rooms
- Saving any important information before the room closes
- Who they share room links with
- Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
No Warranty
This Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Messages will be delivered successfully
- The Service will meet your requirements
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or communications
- Service interruptions
- Actions of other users
- Unauthorized access to communications
